A credit card is required at the time of booking an online appointment.
Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED from booking the appointment.
You PAY AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Your card info is held in our secure system to hold your appointment.
Please be courteous to our staff & other clients & give us at least 24hrs notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
If you cancel with less than 12hrs before the time of your appointment, a "Last Minute" fee of $30 will be charged to your account.
If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to give us any notice, you will be charged 50% of the service that was booked, for the 1st no-show.
In the case of multiple no-show appointments on your account, all other no-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
We understand that things happen and you maybe running late from time to time. If this happens please contact us to notify your therapist.
We will do our best to accommodate you but may have to abbreviate your session, depending on our schedule that day. The session will still be charged at full price.
Currently we are unable to accept health insurance as payment, but we can supply you with a receipt so that you may submit it to your provider for reimbursement, if you have a plan that covers massage.
We DO ACCEPT HSA & FSA
Tipping is optional but it is a great way to show appreciation to your therapist if you enjoyed your service.
Those who choose to leave a tip often leave 15-30%
Gratuity can be paid at the time of service by credit/debit card or cash.
