Booking Online

A credit/debit card is required to reserve. It’s stored securely.

Your card is not charged at booking; payment is taken after your session.

We do not accept cash for services. Therapists may accept cash tips.
Texting

We may text to confirm, assist, or update appointments. Message frequency varies; msg/data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out anytime.

We never share your phone number or consent with third parties.
Same-Day Bookings

Same-day appointments may be assigned to any available therapist who offers the service. This prevents overbooking and keeps care consistent.

We will never change a therapist’s gender without your consent.
Cancellations

Please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

Cancel or reschedule via your Vagaro account (app or vagaro.com).

Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the service is charged.

Memberships/Packages: the equivalent session/point will be deducted.
Arriving Late

If you’re running late, please call/text us.

Your session may be shortened to end on time; full price still applies.
Payments

Cards only for services; no cash payments.

Cash tips are welcome and go directly to your therapist.
Insurance

We don’t bill insurance. We can provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement if your plan allows.
Gratuities

Optional and appreciated (typically 15–30%).

Pay gratuity by card at checkout or in cash to your therapist.
