POLICIES
Booking Online
A credit card is required at the time of booking an online appointment.
Your card will not be charged from booking the appointment.
You pay after the appointment.
Your card info is held in our secure system to hold your appointment.
We do not accept cash payments, therapists do accept cash tips.
Same Day Bookings
Same day appointments that are scheduled via our online booking system maybe performed by any of the available therapists that offer that service. This policy is in place to prevent therapists from being over booked & to ensure that every client receives the same standard of quality care.
Massage is a very physically and energetically demanding field, over booking a therapist results in burnout for the therapist & a subpar session for the client. We will never change the gender of therapist without contacting the client first.
Cancellations
Please be courteous to our staff & other clients & give us at least 24hrs notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
If you cancel with less than 12hrs before the time of your appointment, 100% of your service will be charged to your account.
If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to give us any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service that was booked.
In the case of Memberships or Packages a point will be deducted from your account.
Arriving Late
We understand that things happen and you maybe running late from time to time. If this happens please contact us to notify your therapist.
We will do our best to accommodate you but may have to
abbreviate your session, depending on our schedule that day. The session will still be charged at full price.
Payments
We are no longer able to accept cash payments for services. Therapists do accept cash tips.
Insurance
Currently we are unable to accept health insurance as payment, but we can supply you with a receipt so that you may submit it to your provider for reimbursement, if you have a plan that covers massage.
Gratuities
Tipping is optional but it is a great way to show appreciation to your therapist if you enjoyed your service.
Those who choose to leave a tip often leave 15-30%
Gratuity can be paid at the time of service by credit/debit card or cash.
